Excellent detailed thorough exam. Dr Nadhi had an assistant entering notes in the computer during the appointment -- so was entirely focused on my questions and care. Could not have been better.

I made an online appointment, and I received both a text AND email confirmation yesterday clearly verifying my appointment date and time. When I arrived to the office, the front desk girl very rudely told me I did not have an appointment. I showed her my confirmations, which she did not acknowledge. She explicitly told me the only way to make an appointment is to call. I told her when I called to make an appointment, no one picked up and the voicemail clearly states that you can book an appointment online at any time. Yet, she rudely dismissed me and said next time I must call to make an appointment. I said you should really change your voicemail message if you are not offering online bookings, to which she rolled her eyes and scoffed. I am a medical assistant and work in a doctors office and would never imagine 1) blaming the patient for clearly a mistake that was on the office and 2) doing it in such a rude manner. She did not once offer any apology or explanation. It was honestly unbelievable. Thankfully I was able to be seen, and Dr. Onishi is great, but the staff seriously needs to go through some kind of sensitivity training because that was absurd. And if you are not accepting online bookings, you should not be sending text AND email confirmations. Really disappointing.

Very pleasant and efficient experience. I have seen Dr Nadji for at least eight years now. He is a good and caring doctor with a great regard for his patients. I never have to wait too long. I like having the optician right there for ordering glasses if I need new ones.

Staff was extremely efficient in getting me through all my tests. Dr. Nadji was precise & to the point but still answered all of my questions and left me with a plan that I feel I can depend on.

Dr. Onishi was gray. The nurses at the front desk however need to get onboard. I left feeling very uneasy that everything prescribed, has to be waited on to start or try. The gentleman running the glasses/contact kiosk is seldom

Recently moved from New York and was looking for a new eye doctor. I love Dr. Nadji he was super personable, and careful and explained every result and test done. I have already recommended him to all my friends!! I will be going back

WOW, Five Stars does not do justice to the excellence provided to me earlier today by Dr. Nadji. I felt at such ease with his manner of welcoming me as a new patient inquiring about "me" first, and then was thorough and explained his analysis of my eyes current check up, I look forward to having Dr. Nadji take care of me as well as my family who also have received "above & beyond", so refreshing. Dr. Nadji shared office space with my ophthalmologist who decided to retire. I’ve been seeing Dr. Nadji for over two years and am very satisfied with him, his staff and the efficiency of their office. I am confident that he’s giving the best possible care to my 80+year-old eyes.

I had a bit of an emergency - a cornea ulcer. Even though I am a new patient, Dr. Nadji saw me as soon as he was out of surgery. I cannot say enough about him. He is professional, thorough, generous with his time and skill, careful, and kind. I will never go to anyone else again.

The staff at Dr. Nadji’s office walks the fine line of efficiency and friendliness. Everything moves quickly and smoothly without the patient feeling like they’re being rushed through the process. Dr. Nadji is incredibly thoughtful and thorough. Wouldn’t trust my eyes with any other office.

Dr. Nadji new within three minutes my diagnosis. He recommended homeopathic options because he was honest to me that my condition was not severe versus trying to push more aggressive options from the beginning.

I was guided through different rooms and given no fewer than 4 different years before meeting with Dr Nadji. He was informative and answered all of my concerns. Very organized practice. I was out the door in less than an hour. Cheers!
